Going Downhill

The Sabres have only won 5 games this season last I checked. I'm not going to check again unless they start winning games. last I knew they were tied for last, and may even be last now if they lost their last game.

Like I said, losing Dury and Briere was a mistake. I doubt they will even make it to the paly offs this year. On another note, the Bills are doing good. Lets hope next season the Sabres get some good new players.

Until they start doing good this Blog will no longer be updated. I've lost interest right now.

Maybe see you next season.

Off Season

Okay, The off season has started. We all probley know that. This is where it becomes inportant for the teams. They must get rid of bad players, keep good ones, get new better ones to re-place bad ones. The Sabres leaders must not of thought about that though. In one day the Sabres loose BOTH their Captins, and two of the best players on the team.

The GM said that we will be better bext year. We will keep the people we need. That didn't happen. They were supposed to have a larger budget so that way they could keep the good players by giving them rasies, and still being able to afford new ones. Now the Sabres sit back giving two of their best players NO RASIES or VERY LITTLE! Then we ended up lossing both of them. What the hell did they expect? If you were offered more money wouldn't you go for the job giving you more money?

This year, unless the Sabres can pull togeather some really good people to replace these two, we are done, screwed. And that seems the way it will be. How sad. We may not make the playoffs for a few more years, all that hard work down the drain. All then profits will be gone. If they can't pull it togeather the Sabres may just be toast.

Post what you think.

The Sabres game on 4/29/07

The sabres lost todays game, in 2nd over time, It was tied at 1-1 for nearly 3 periods untill the 2nd round of over time, when the Rangers scored a goal. It was a very bad defeat for the sabres, but both teams were tried out, and the game needed to end. Rozsival of the Rangers scored the wining goal.

Rozsival the puck near the right point, and the defenseman let it fly through
traffic - including Jagr in front - and past Miller who looked around after
the
shot found the net.
"I didn't get a good look," Miller said.
"It's a
must win
for them and they ended up getting the right side of
the post."

One of the many great saves by Ryan Miller, the buffalo Sabres' goalie. The Sabres won with a 3 over 2 for the Rangers. Next game is Sunday, 4/29/07. It will been at The Rangers staduim in New York, at 2:00pm Easten time.

After some bad calls in late 3 period on Friday, the 27th, Ruff, the Sabres' head coach was fined an unknown amount due to his actions. He feels really bad about how he acted. The highlights of the game will follow below. Buffalo now leads with a 2-0 over the Rangers.
